I’ve run out of stuff to update! But what’s happened so far:
I quit Tsunami (my Limbus linkshell). Why? Because the really good leader, Chronus, quit, and left the linkshell in the hands of a few people. Now, I like a good amount of people in that linkshell. However, the new, self-appointed “leader”, is a fucking retard and can’t get his shit together and manage us, so I just left the linkshell. The quality of the people in it seems to be decreasing, thus causing many deaths.
Take, for example, the Apollyon HNM run. It has 5 floors, each with monsters and a boss on the floor. Now, a few months back, when we were in our prime, we did this and thought it was a joke. We killed every monster and every boss, with maybe 1-2 deaths total.
But now, we can’t even win the run! The “leader” (and I use that term loosely) made us skip all of the bosses (except for the first one), and we got to the top floor with something like 25-30 minutes left. We then had that much time to kill 4 Behemoths and kill King Behemoth. Back in our prime, we had maybe 20 minutes at most, and won flawlessly. But now, stupid stuff like this happens:
While fighting the last Behemoth, no one pulled it back. No one though enough to move it out of the path of the fucking boss. So of course, it aggros! And that would be time #2 that run that something stupid like that happens.
The first time was on the floor below the final one. It had wyverns and Fafnir was the boss. Fafnir just roamed in the middle of the zone, going back and forth. Now, we decide to skip all the wyverns and Fafnir, just like the floors below. Just to save time, mind you. So we’re running to the portal, and we aggro Fafnir and two wyverns. I won’t go into the details, but I’ll just say someone walked right in front of Fafnir like they were fucking blind. So then we all get aggro, and most die. Actually, two people died, me being one of them. I didn’t have reraise on, because I don’t like to waste gil on idiots.
So I’m dead, and the “leader” sleeps Fafnir and the two wyverns that had also aggroed. So then most go up to the next floor and leave me dead. The new White Mage that had joined a few weeks ago was kind enough to come and raise me. Thanks to TParty, I could see her mp. It was a little over 700. I was the only one she had to raise. So, what raise do you think I got? Raise 1. I take it because I didn’t have time to bitch at her to fucking give me a Raise 3, so I just barely live.
Hopefully Iso, the leader I like (notice no quotes around “leader” :p), will be kind enough to give me coins still, even though I already told them I quit. I figure since I left on good terms (until someone reads this), I should be able to spend my points. I earned them, it’s the way I see it.
