I’m in the process of adding past blog posts. I’m not adding all of them (for some were posts with movies in them, and those moves are long gone, and others were just shitty stuff I don’t want on my blog :p). It’s going very slow, and I take very long breaks because it’s not very fun. It is interesting to take a look back and see what I’ve done in the past 2 years since this blog has been up. Like, for example, how I once had 86 mil worth of gear. I bet if I did that right now, it would be much, much less. The prices in FFXI have really gone down, and a lot of that gear is no longer worth what it used to be.
Anyway, for the readers who read this blog (like Yahoo and Google bots), the posts should be completed by next week.
As I said before, I’d post the speedtest.net results from my home computer. This is the test done with BitTorrent and FFXI running at the same time.
No more FFXI for me. I average anywhere from 300 to 800 kb/s to servers in Japan. That is probably worse, if not the same, than 56k. The game is now impossible to play, so I won’t be on anymore really.
Oh well, I needed a break. I’ll post the speed test of my home computer next weekend, just to compare.
This friday, August 17th, I head off to college at Vermont Technical College (VTC). Which means, my FFXI play time will sadly be cut, probably down to just about nothing. The fall semester lasts from August 20th, 2007 to December 14th, 2007.
Hopefully the classes won’t be hard and I can get playtime in, but I can’t be sure until classes start. :p

Whoops, it’s been almost a month since I’ve updated, not since anyone reads this. I should really update more so I can keep track of when stuff happens. So, I’ll just split this entry into different parts.
Oh, and it looks like I missed some stuff in the large update below, so I’ll have to backtrack some.

I decided I wanted a different Divine Might earring. So without reading up on how to redo the quest, I just tossed my earring and got the CS again.
However, it seems you have to trade a Light Ore to the fountain in Ro’Maeve durring a full moon at night (between 0:00 and 3:00 game time), and clear weather. Luckily, the DM run didn’t win, because I didn’t know that I had to trade a Light Ore at the time. More on this later… much… much later…

I finished the Chief Sergeant (CS) promotion quest! Currently, CS is the second highest assault rank you can get. Later this month they’re going to add more ranks, but I’m not too far from the top. :3

I got my Optical Hat finally, went as whm/drk (/drk for stun). :3
Of course, we had 2 Ninja tanks so I didn’t really have to cure much. I spent most of my time leveling Divine Magic skill. >_>; No one seemed to notice anything.

Bought my Light Ore a few weeks back, after learning that I needed it to get a new Divine Might earring. Finally got around to going to Ro’Maeve at night with clear weather durring a full moon and trading it to the fountain!

Got a good merit party on BRD, doing Greater Colibri. An insane chain, and 20k exp/hr without using an exp+% ring. :3

Finally, after all these months, I finished my Yigit Gear set. It’s the best resting gear for mages. 1mp/tick refresh, and +8 hMP, awesome!

More than 2 months after tossing my original Divine Might earring, I finally join a group (that was made by Chem), who had the ability to actually win! New earring, I love it. 
And that brings this blog up to date. :3
